This feeling,
that sentiment,
paradise nest,
you call it love,
it may not be!
crevice,
a heartbreak,
bruise,
nursing scars,
in past and present,
rewinding the emotions,
plugging in fast forward,
what we could have been?
walking past you,
nothing could have ever existed between us,
had we made that choice,
you tell me,
pretending nothing existed,
better to love and lost,
your shadow loomed,
belonging to the buried past,
we destroyed each other's presence,
i like it that way,
strangulating the feeling,
zilch,
just a trace of water,
when the stormy night has waned,
and dissipated with the new season.

Myth of darkness

Darkness is beautiful,

myth,

intriguing, 

engulfed in silence, 

haunting,

eerie,

a lone companion,

unspoken words to sky and stars,

loyal friend,

wearing no judgment,

a cloak of shadow and hope,  

wings to the unrequited dreams,

antidote to the shadowy night,

music,

in its midst,

i shall not yearn for company,

breaking free from the world’s shackles, people, prejudices and love,

cease to exist,

aimless destination and void,

fickle emotions,

tiny dots of light eluding, 

waning moon,

darkness is my identity,

swaying to its tune,

a single beat,

no question asked.

Cauldron of emotions

Beads tinkling,

a lil whisper here and there,

of colors and vibrant palette,

curled shaped flames,

feel the vibration,

listen to the voice,

the eye,

never lies,

cauldron of emotions,

lies in the psyche,

a battle between good vs evil.

march ahead,

soldier,

never ignore the voice,

gentle,

scary,

at the same time,

running from one's shadow,

is never an option.

Looming shadow

Battling emotions,

fear and sadness,

insecurity of losing on friends and youth,

trapped,

the heart will shred into pieces,

body will turn into dust,

mirror will reflect wrinkles,

running away from the reality of existence,

for how long?

bitter pill,

truth that many run away from,

craving for love,

abandoned by destiny,

shadow looming,

fettered by regret,

time is abhorred,

clock swinging fast,

turn it around,

theory of impossibility,

coming to terms?

stop looking back,

wake up,

face the reality,

it hurts,

get a life,

i'm told.

Silent owls growling

Shrieks

The voice within,

go and chase that dream

Sheltering less honorable souls

The bridge of shame

Unfolding the red handkerchief

Deal time

Quenching the hunger
